Kiraitu Murungi's DEP party joins William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza

Immediate former Meru Governor and leader of Devolution Empowerment Party (DEP) Kiraitu Murungi is the newest entrant to the Kenya Kwanza Alliance.

Murungi was Friday received by President-elect William Ruto at his Karen office in Nairobi, with a host of leaders and more than 40 Members of County Assembly (MCAs) from Meru and Embu counties.
