Raila Odinga unveils final Azimio line-up for Nairobi elective seats

Polycarp Igathe of Jubilee Party will run for Nairobi Governor under the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya ticket.
Former Kibwezi Member of Parliament Philip Kaloki of Wiper Party will be Igathe’s running mate.
Azimio la Umoja also settled on ODM Secretary-General Edwin Sifuna as its Senate candidate in Nairobi.
County Woman Representative Esther Passaris will seek to defend her seat.
Tim Wanyonyi, who had expressed interest in Nairobi Governor bid under ODM ticket, will seek to defend his seat as Westlands MP.

Richard Ngatia, who was originally in the race for Nairobi Governor, has been appointed as the President’s Special Envoy on Trade.
These revelations were made by Raila Odinga on Friday, April 22 while addressing journalists at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).
Odinga also took the opportunity to eulogise Kenya’s third President Mwai Kibaki as an honest, transparent and diligent leader.
