Homa Bay County Woman Representative Gladys Wanga was summoned by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) over remarks she allegedly made regarding President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto.
Wanga is accused of allegedly making the utterances linking the President and his deputy to the spread of cholera while making a speech on September 25.
