Turkana Central MP Ekwee Ethuro, (PNU) tabled the Offices of Minister Bill that seeks to set the maximum number of ministers at 24. The Bill outlines 21 ministries and gives the President a chance to appoint not more than three ministers, as he may deem appropriate.
