After nearly a year of push and pull, Justin Muturi, the former Attorney General and Public Service Cabinet Secretary, has been sacked, only a day after Prezzo Ruto declared his tenure at Sheria House as "fairly incompetent".
I have no idea when the Prezzo discovered that, and why Muturi retained a Cabinet slot even after such an indictment. Turns out incompetence is a noun that's routinely used to explain what roils Prezzo Ruto's government, and he has time and again called out his cabinet for being incompetent.
