Bidco Africa, a top manufacturer of edible oils and cooking fat has defended its products which had been recalled by Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) over compliance issues. On Wednesday 21, September 2022, KEBS recalled ten cooking fat and edible oils including Menengai oil, Bahari Fry, Gold n Pure Olive Gold cooking oils, Kappa Oil and Pwani oil for failing to meet set standards.
