Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) has refuted reports by a section of media outlets regarding the passing of Dr. Daniel Ndege Chacha, a University of Nairobi Medical Registrar attached to the hospital's Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department.
In a press statement, KNH Chief Executive Officer Dr. Evason Kamuri said that Dr. Chacha was referred to KNH from a hospital in Kitengela on Monday, March 10, 2025, in critical condition.
