Former ICT Principal Secretary Sammy Ishiundu Itemere has been acquitted in the Sh122 million advertising graft case.

His co-accused Kakamega Deputy Governor Ayub Savula and the politician's two wives will go through full trial, a Nairobi court ruled yesterday.
