Most streets in Kisumu City remained deserted with very little business activities taking place even as uneasy calm returned on the third day of anti-government demonstrations.

Nairobi was relatively calm and the Jeevanjee garden was sealed off by police in anticipation of Azimio supporters who were meant to converge there.

The coalition through the ODM Party Twitter account asked supporters to converge at Jeevanjee Gardens in the CBD, Imara Daima grounds in Embakasi South and Kamkunji grounds in Kibera.
