The Big Story: Where is President Uhuru amid the ongoing fuel tax

Treasury now says it has not been served with the order by the High Court in Bungoma temporarily stopping the 16 % tax on fuel. Treasury chief administrative secretary Nelson Gaichuhie says the government has a target of collecting 35 billion shillings through the tax that will raise inflation by one to two percent.
