Pressure is mounting on Kenyan security chiefs to commence investigations into the alleged sh35 million illegal payout to security bosses involved in the Solai dam tragedy. It is now emerging that the ministry of interior and coordination of national government may have ignored strong assertions by the dam's owner Perry Mansukh who claimed to have dispatched the monies.
