Siaya county assembly has become the first to unanimously pass the building bridges initiative (constitutional amendment) bill 2020 today. the draft bill was given thumbs up during a special sitting that had earlier been gazetted by speaker George Okode. at least, 23 more county assemblies must now pass the bill before it can move to the next stage
