Retired intelligence officer hiring NYS graduates with skills in horticulture to manage his farm

Thousands of energetic and skilled Kenyans pass out after rigorous training at the national youth service. unfortunately, there are no jobs. But a retired intelligence officer in the office of the president intends to change this and he has hired NYS graduates with skills in horticulture to manage his ten-acre farm in Ugenya, Siaya county. Kevin Ogutu spoke with joseph Opondo at his Tangla gardens farm in Siaya on why he has a soft spot for NYS-trained graduates.
