Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has confirmed the arrest and detention of Kenyan activists Bob Njagi and Nicholas Oyoo. His statement comes just hours after the two were reunited with their families, weeks after the Ugandan Police Service denied any involvement in their October disappearance and a related court case was dismissed.
