Real estate prices have gone up, but that might indicate increased buyer confidence

The latest data by realtor HassConsult indicates that Nairobi has witnessed the fastest increase in home prices since 2011.

It indicates that the price of an average house within the capital city rose 10.5 per cent in the year to June compared to a drop of 1.7 per cent in the same period a year earlier.
