Manchester United secured an exhilarating 3-2 comeback win against 10-man Nottingham Forest in the English Premier League clash at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Bruno Fernandes sealed the victory from the penalty spot after Marcus Rashford was brought down.

This remarkable turnaround came after the hosts found themselves conceding two goals in the initial five minutes of the match.

Two minutes into the game, the home crowd was left in a state of shock as Taiwo Awoniyi made a run and put Forest in the lead. Just two minutes later, the disbelief deepened as Willy Boly, left unmarked, headed in a second goal.

The comeback was initiated by Christian Eriksen in the 17th minute as he skillfully directed Marcus Rashford's cross into the net. Despite United's persistent pressure, Forest managed to maintain a significant offensive presence.

In the 52nd minute, Casemiro brought the score level with a precise finish from close distance. Forest's situation worsened when Joe Worrall was shown a red card for pulling down Fernandes just outside the penalty area.

Around ten minutes later, Marcus Rashford was brought down inside the box following a slight challenge from Danilo. Bruno Fernandes confidently stepped up and successfully converted the penalty, beating American goalkeeper Matt Turner. This secured United's second victory of the season.
