University of Nairobi was recently in a celebratory mood after it received ISO certification. But some Master of Business Administration students say the celebration was unwarranted as "behind the scenes, things are not good enough".
Among their grievances are that MBA lecturers do not return test (CAT) papers after marking and that exam results take over two months to be released. They also accuse some lecturers of being rude and not giving them an opportunity to meet them.
