Khloe Kardashian is reportedly so upset by the unfiltered image of her in a bikini appearing online, she could take drastic action to correct it. The 36-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star tried to have the image taken down from social media after the snap taken by her grandmother went viral.

Khloe looked to quell the furore surrounding the pic by posting a live Instagram video to show that her body didn't need digital editing but Heat magazine has reported that the reality star is looking to make changes that could mean she will always look like the image that she likes to share.

It has been reported that Khloe was livid with the image being uploaded without permission and that there has been a "tense" atmosphere in the Kardashian family since it happened.

A source told Heat: "Khloe has been in an absolute rage since the photo was leaked. "The atmosphere in the family has been extremely tense, everyone is walking on eggshells around Khloe." Khloe looked to address the situation after the photo was posted on Instagram, by sharing a live video of herself topless in a bathroom, with her showing her toned midriff, which had been questioned after the photo went viral.

She captioned the video at the weekend: "Yes I did a live [video on Instagram] to show you all this isn’t Photoshopped."

The KUWTK star also admitted that she had “struggled with body image her whole life” and that "I love a good filter, good lighting and an edit here and there." Khloe also defiantly proclaimed that she "will continue to do [so] unapologetically."

A source told Heat that the reality star was seeking a consultation with a surgeon to make some cosmetic changes. The publication claimed: “Khloe really wants to look like she does when she is heavily filtered.

“She’s called an emergency meeting with her surgeons to look at any treatments that will enhance her appearance."

There seems to be some concern for Khloe among those close to her, with the source adding: "But her family are really worried she could get something done that she will regret.

“They feel as though she’s her own worst enemy and she just needs to be like the old Khloe, who wouldn’t give a f*** about any of this stuff.

“She was always the wild sister with the biggest personality, but because of her insecurities and heartache, she’s become so unsure of herself, always hiding behind Photoshop, Snapchat filters, or enhanced images of herself.”
