Caster Semenya, the controversial South African athlete, is back in the news. This is after the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) last week made a strange declaration, affecting her and her kind.

According to the association, ‘manly female athletes’ must now take suppressants to regulate their testosterone levels, so as to compete in the women category.
