Former Law Society President Nelson Havi has called for the vetting of judges to be undertaken in a minimum of 10 years, a move he says will help minimise corruption and monitor poor performance in the Judiciary.
Speaking on Spice FM on Thursday, August 21, Havi accused the Judiciary of overseeing corruption and castigated the three arms of government for failing in their roles.
