Herder killed as bandits steal 18 cows, 30 goats in Angata Barikkoi

Tension remains high in Angata Barikkoi, Transmara South Sub-county, following the killing of one person and theft of livestock by suspected bandits from neighbouring Migori County.

The attack took place in the Keturo area around 6:30 PM, during which bandits opened fire and shot a man ten times in the leg before fleeing with 18 cows and 30 goats.
