The controversy surrounding the fate of the airhostess who reportedly quit her job, sold her land and joined controversial pastor Paul Makenzi's church deepened yesterday as her whereabouts remained unknown.

One of the close friends of Beatrice Anjete narrated in Mombasa yesterday that she received her at the Malindi Airport on April 8 this year on arrival from Qatar where she worked, but she was not in her usual jovial mood.
