Justice Aggrey Muchelule, the chairperson of the tribunal investigating four suspended IEBC commissioners, says proceedings will formally start on Thursday, December 20.
Muchelule said Juliana Cherera, Irene Masit, Francis Wanderi and Justus Nyang'aya will be investigated individually.
