Henry Mutunga, former Mukuyuni police station OCS, currently a Deputy Ward Commander, Kwisero police station, Kakamega County when he appeared before a Makueni court on Wednesday morning where he was charged with abuse of office and taking a bribe of Sh5,000.
Former OCS of Mukuyuni Police Station in Kaiti, Makueni County, was on Friday released after paying a fine Sh200, 000 following his conviction for abuse of office.
