Chief Justice David Maraga is signing out of the Judiciary in style, introducing new practice rules that will lock down presidential election petitioners to a maximum of 30 pages worth of arguments.

For lawyers given to verbose and long speeches, Supreme Court Rules (LN No6, 2020) published by Maraga will cut them down to size in 2022.
