Mr. Gire Ali, suspended KQ staff might be closer to getting
justice served. This is after a court directive that Ali be recalled back to
the job and that he should neither be arrested nor prosecuted.
Mr. Ali got suspended last week by Kenya Airways' management
after he allegedly recorded and circulated a video of a Southern China plane
that had arrived from China having 239 passengers on board.
