National Resistance Movement (NRM) leader Miguna Miguna is set to return back to Kenya on 26th March 2018. This is after High Court Judge Justice Chacha Mwita ruled that the deportation of Miguna Miguna in February by the government through Interior CS order was illegal and unfair.
Justice Mwita ordered the government to facilitate Miguna's return and his passport reinstated. Lawyers Nelson Havi and James Orengo also confirmed the court orders thanking the Kenyan Human Rights Commission on the role it played in the case pitting Miguna and the government.
