Popular and controversial blogger Lord Mutai has moved to court seeking to stop Thirdway Alliance Party leader Dr Ekuru Aukot from contesting in the October 26 repeat presidential poll.
Mutai says that the inclusion of Ekuru in the repeat presidential poll is unconstitutional and must be challenged.
