National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) boss Francis Ole Kaparo has warned people administering Whatsapp groups over the content they allow their members to generate and share across social media platforms ahead of the August elections.
The NCIC chair has also revealed that there are 21 identified Whatsapp groups that encourage incitement and that commission was keenly watching them.
