His friends make jokes about him. He has two left feet, they say. He can’t hold a decent tune either. Such an embarrassment for a man who was born in Imo State, South Eastern Nigeria. Imo State is popularly known as Nigeria’s eastern heartland. 

And if the only native you ever spoke to was Alex Ezeh, you would understand why. While he cannot dance and he cannot sing, much to the dismay of his friends, family and countrymen, the 52-year-old is all heart, and his heart beats for Africa.
