Olunga finally unveiled in China, to don #9 jersey

After signing a lucrative deal for the Chinese super League Side, Harambee Stars midfielder Michael Olunga has been finally unveiled by the club.

The 23-year old, former Gor Mahia winger moved from Swedish club-IF Djugardens for a 467 million shillings transfer fee for Chinese outfit.

After such splendid performances in his former club and the national team as well many Kenyans are eagerly waiting what Olunga will accomplish in his four-year contract.

Olunga, who scored three goals for Kenya against Uganda and DR Congo last month during the international friendly break, had not exactly started playing for his new club for what he termed as issues relating to his work permit- of which they seem to be over.

Going by his update on his official Facebook account on Tuesday, he uploaded a photo of himself and number 9 clearly indicated at the post.

His post read “Happy to be presented at my club Guizhou Hengfeng Zhicheng F.C
Clock ticking, Stage has already been set, it’s now time to deliver.
I pray to the Lord for HIS protection, guidance, and goodness.
