Fear as Moi University workers demonstrate and threaten to sabotage 1st year admission

Moi university workers have been demonstrating since Monday August 29th. The workers are demonstrating over alleged employment insecurity. The workers say the university is planning to use private companies to offer services in the hostels.

This is not the first time the workers are demonstrating. Not long ago, they were on a go slow, and they were not cleaning the hostel. The hostels became filthy as the garbage was thrown anywhere, while the bathrooms and the toilets clogged.
