A six-page letter is at the centre of a fight for the late Nakuru East MP Kihika Kimani’s estate.
The handwritten letter dated October 28, 2002 is attached to a Nakuru court file and Mr Kimani is the alleged author of the document crucial in the determination of who gets what share of the his property valued at over Sh600 million. In the letter, which is disputed by family members, the author describes each of the family members and awards them property. A succession case filed eleven years ago is yet to be settled.
