KILIFI, KENYA: Sultan Palace Beach resort is set to open its door to customers late this year adding to a number of similar projects targeting booming tourism business at the Kenyan coast.
Sultan Palace Beach Retreat is constructed on 43 acres of beach property in South Coast’s Kilifi. The units, 210 in total, vary from Sh11 million to Sh80 million thanks to the mixed residential development of apartment blocks and stand-alone mansion units.
