The much publicised raid by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission officers at the residence of the former Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru shows that the commission is either not serious about its work or is simply playing public relations gimmicks.
When questions of dubious transactions at the National Youth Service were raised, it is the very same commission that came out in support of the claims by the CS that she was not a suspect in the case and even went further to present its findings to Waiguru herself.
