Football Kenya Federation's (FKF) Annual General Meeting set for August 28 could be still-born if the legal hurdles mounted by a section of the executive opposing it go through.

The AGM, which was to take place in Kisii on June 29 was called off amid acrimonious exchanges, with top federation officials citing security risks while others, including local police chiefs, denied the existence of any such security threat.
