NTSA reports decline in number of road accidents

NAIROBI, KENYA: The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has said the number of fatalities from road accidents have reduced over the last one year following robust intervention by the Government.

NTSA Director General Francis Mooke Meja said the changes in public service travel have yielded positive results that have seen fatalities from road carnage take a dip by at least 35 per cent since the introduction of safety measures.
