Proprietors of at least five multi-million-shillings tourist hotels and cottages on Wasini Island in Kwale County have 90 days to re-negotiate their lease or will be evicted.

This is after a family that secured the title deed for the 309-acre prime island worth Sh2.5 billion, after a 30-year protracted legal battle, obtained a court order for their eviction.
