President Uhuru Kenyatta yesterday regretted the scuttling of the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) saying it would have been the national panacea to the skewed distribution of national resources to counties and constituencies.
Speaking at Kenol town when he commissioned the ongoing Kenol-Sagana-Marua dual carriageway on the Great North road, Uhuru said the constitutional reform process was politicised due to selfish interests spearheaded by some political hypocrites.
