A contented real estate professional, Nelly has turned what she once cherished as a hobby into a business. And although she is now thriving as the CEO of her own company, she says it hasn't all come on a silver platter, but rather a resilience that has seen her break down stereotypes. As a woman working in an environment where women are not expected to compete with men, she has learned to work twice as hard to keep her dream afloat.
