Shareholders of Williamson tea received a dividend payout of fifty shilling a share in what market analysts have applauded. This they say is a trend that should be replicated in other agricultural stocks in the country. The payment, which totals about 437 million shillings, comes after the listed agricultural firm sold its former headquarters building in Nairobi for an estimated half a billion shillings.
