One feature in business profiles is a contact button, which the company revealed in their blog post will enable potential customers call, email, or text the business. Another feature is Insights which will help provide companies with analytics on how each post is performing.

Users will also be able to turn well-performing posts into ads from within the Instagram app, and the company added will help businesses on their platform “stand out, get insights and find new customers.”

The company confirmed that “business profiles, insights and the ability to promote will be rolling out in the US, Australia and New Zealand in coming months, and will be available in all regions globally by end of the year.”
