Floods caused accident in Athi River

Two people died and 40 others needed medical attention after an accident at Athi River that was caused by flooding of the river Athi. The accident involving a bus was blamed on the construction of a building that changed the course of the river, causing the flooding. Asha Mwilu with more details.
