Three new charter flights are set to start flying into Mombasa from Eastern Europe. This is according to Moi International Airport Manager, Yatich Kango'go who further revealed that the new charters are programmed to make their inaugural flights starting next month.


Kagungo who was speaking at the airport on the sidelines of celebrations to mark this year's world tourism day named the three international charters as nova airlines from Switzerland, finish air from Finland and a third one coming in from Russia...

With the expected arrivals, the airport authority is likely to be hosting at least 30 charter flight rotations per week up from 27. Mombasa and coast tourist association executive officer, Millie Odhiambo, said the association would be taking charge of the coastal town beautification programmes, in preparation for the visitors.
