Housing Principal Secretary Charles Hinga on Tuesday revealed that a lottery will be used to determine Kenyans who will own houses under the affordable housing project.
Speaking during an interview on Citizen TV, Hinga stated that Kenyans have to start contributing before they are given houses and various factors shall be considered to determine one’s eligibility.
