Varsity students denounce protests against IEBC

University students in Nakuru have distanced themselves from the planned countrywide demonstrations to push for the disbandment of the electoral agency.

Nakuru County University Students Association officials said plans by CORD to stage protests across the country could lead to jobless youths being misused.

 Led by Arnold Martin, they distanced themselves from a letter that had been circulated in parts of Nakuru town suggesting that the students were to take part in next weeks demonstration.
