Why young men lust after older women

She is older, richer, sophisticated, confident and younger men can’t get enough of her.
‘Cougar’ is the popular term for older women dating younger men. Generally speaking, cougar dating is when successful career women, who have reached a certain age, seek romantic relationships with younger guys.

Perhaps some of the better-known ‘cougars’ are Demi Moore and Madonna who have married men ten to 15 years their junior. But there are many more mature women in business and social circles finding happiness and fulfilment in relationships that were once frowned upon by society.
It appears that older, successful women dating younger men is becoming much more accepted on the whole.

There seems to be a movement and Kenyan men have not been left behind. Here are some of the reasons a man will ditch a younger girl for an older woman:
Young men who date financially secure older women are also more likely to be able to chart their own paths in terms of a career.

There is less pressure to make money when a woman can foot some of the bills. Many men dating ‘cougars’ have found that they can return to university or start a business, risks that wouldn’t be possible if they were dating women of their own age.
There’s the physical intimacy factor. It’s a known fact that women peak sexually in their late 30s and into their 40s, while men reach their greatest performance levels at age 19, and then they go downhill.

Many older women feel that they’ve missed out on something when they were younger and less experienced. The sexual prowess and energy of a younger male is often very attractive to many mature women. Also, a mature woman knows her body.

Younger men definitely find an older woman’s sexual confidence quite a ‘turn on’.
