Huawei and Techno Brain on Thursday signed partnership agreement that officially launched Huawei Authorized Learning Partnership (HALP) in Ethiopia.
Cooper Qu, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Huawei Ethiopia, and Mekonnen Tesafye, Country Director of Techno Brain Ethiopia, have signed the agreement for the partnership, whose main goal is knowledge transfer in the ICT sector.
