Internet closes: Every web user will have to ‘opt in’ for porn under new rules

By the end of next year, every family will be FORCED to opt in or out of online porn access.

Violent “rape porn” will be outlawed on the web as the Government closes a loophole.

Cops will also get powers to expose paedos on the hidden “dark” internet, while the PM wants the same rules on blue movies as exist for sex shops.

In his keynote speech Mr Cameron will also tell internet giants they must block child abuse https://cdn.standardmedia.co.ke/images from the web — or face new laws.

All 19 million households will face the “unavoidable” choice on whether to switch on family-friendly filters that block all porn on their PCs.

Only those households that actively refuse the anti-porn firewalls will be able to access explicit https://cdn.standardmedia.co.ke/images. The filters will also protect smartphones and tablet computers.

The PM will pledge: “We are taking action to help clean up the internet. One click to protect your home and keep your children safe.”
