Climate-change radio station launched in Garba-Tula town, Isiolo

A community radio station whose content will focus on climate change has been launched in Garba-Tula town.

The station that will broadcast in the local Borana, Somali and Kiswahili languages was launched on Sunday by Governor Godana Doyo (above).

It was set up by Climate Change Adaptation, a consortium of the International Institute for Environment and Development, Kenya Meteorological Department and National Drought Management Authority.
